Non-Surgical Medical Aesthetics
A nonsurgical facelift is a combination of minimally invasive and noninvasive procedures intended to rejuvenate and refresh the appearance. These techniques do not require large incisions, general anesthesia, or overnight hospitalization, unlike surgical facelifts. Noninvasive treatments allow patients to leave the doctor’s office quickly, with minimal discomfort and recovery time. Even though you will not undergo surgery, the anti-aging effects of a nonsurgical facelift are still substantial.

Plexr
Plexr is a new generation device used for the treatment of various skin lesions, tissue tightening without surgery, and the reduction of deep lines and wrinkles. Using plasma energy, the fourth state of matter, Plexr converts ambient air into plasma energy and applies vapor to the application area’s skin surface. Thus, it initiates the regeneration of tissue in the affected area. As it only affects the treated area, the recovery period is short.

Purposes of Plexr
- Removing nevi,
- Removing warts and freckles,
- Non-surgical cosmetic eyelid procedures,

Botox
Botox is the administration of an agent named botulinum toxin, which is used to lighten or eliminate expression wrinkles that become prominent as a result of aging and environmental factors. Botulinum toxin temporarily blocks the transmission between nerves and the muscle in the application area. It softens the facial expressions we make consciously or unconsciously in our daily life and prevents the formation of wrinkles.

What Is Botox Used For?
The main purpose of Botox injections is to provide a younger and attractive looking facial appearance by eliminating or reducing existing or potential wrinkles without altering the facial expression. Although Botox is mostly utilised to eliminate wrinkles on the face, it is also used in the treatment of underarm sweating, teeth grinding and migraine, which causes severe headaches.
Botox treatment, which temporarily stops the signal transmission between the nerves and the muscles or sweat glands they innervate, is effective only in the application area and does not affect all the muscles. It temporarily removes wrinkles.

Skin Rejuvenation
Sun, skin disorders, aging and even heredity can all contribute to skin irregularities on the face and elsewhere on the body. These include textural irregularities like wrinkles and acne scars, pigmentation changes like freckles, sunspots or visible blood vessels. In addition, skin may lose tone, feel less firm and lose the healthy glow that is evident in younger skin.
Different treatment modalities are available to treat the different aspects of skin damage.
Laser resurfacing, mechanical resurfacing, chemical peels and injectable products can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles of the entire face or those that develop in specific regions of the face, such as the upper lip and around the eyes. These treatments can also be used to address pigmentation disorders, such as sun and age spots, and they can be used to improve the appearance of acne scars or other skin conditions.
The specific type of treatment that will best address your concerns are determined after a consultation with your board-certified plastic surgeon. Most skin treatments require a series of treatments and a multi-modality approach to achieving excellent results. Most importantly, the patient must be committed to protecting his or her skin going forward so that the results achieved will be longer lasting.
PRP Treatment
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), is among the most preferred cosmetic applications of recent years with its skin regenerating and rejuvenating properties and damage reversing effects.
Platelets are cells present in human blood, which help form blood clots and contain growth factors that are needed to repair damaged tissues. In case of tissue damage, blood carries platelets to the injured tissue, which initiates the repairing process. The aim of PRP treatment is to achieve a more rapid healing process of tissues by administering a higher number of platelets to the damaged tissue than what can be delivered by circulation.

How Is the PRP Carried Out?
For PRP application, 10 to 20 ml of blood is taken from the person and transferred to special tubes. These tubes are then placed in a special centrifuge device that rotates at high speeds (3000 rpm). After the centrifugation process, which takes about 9-10 minutes, the plasma, which is the platelet-rich part of the blood, is separated from the rest of the blood components.
Thrombocyte-rich plasma, which contributes to the repair and healing process of the tissue and contains growth factors, is injected into the treatment site using fine needles. Injected growth factors spread to the lower skin layers to regenerate the tissue, triggering collagen and elastin production.
Mesotherapy
Due to the effects of the aging process and environmental factors, our skin dehydrates over time. Consequently, the skin looks dry and dull. Nowadays, there are many skin rejuvenation options available to restore the lost hydration of the skin, reduce wrinkles, and help reconstruct the skin by repairing its protective layer.
Among the skin rejuvenation methods, mesotherapy which has long been used, stands out as one of the most preferred treatments. Mesotherapy rehydrates your skin while nourishing it.

How Is the Mesotherapy Carried Out?
Before starting the procedure, anesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area. Then, the solution prepared specially prepared to serve the needs of each patient is injected subcutaneously using very fine needles.
